We are excited to announce the release of the Towah International Members Club/eWallet. Please follow the step by step instructions listed below to register and activate your account:
1. Enter your country and phone number and click “Continue” on the Welcome Page
2. Complete the New User Page (all information must be provided) and click “Register”
If for some reason you do not receive the one time code that is required to register, click the link and it will populate the field.
3. Load the KYC information and click “Upload” IMPORTANT: The phone ID must be a clear copy for the KYC to be approved and your account activated. Your account WILL NOT be activated until Towah receives a Drivers License, ID or Passport and a bill not older than 3 months.
If you need to email or mail the documents, simply click “Skip this step” and continue through the registration process.
Please remember NO commissions can be loaded until your account is active, so it is very important to provide complete KYC information to Towah.
4. Your Towah Prepaid MasterCard CANNOT be purchased until your commissions have been loaded. The cost of the Towah Prepaid MasterCard is 50 Euros. To complete your registration click “Not Now”. Once you have commissions loaded to your Towah eWallet greater than 50 Euros, you may purchase the Prepaid MasterCard via your Towah back office.
5. Once you click “Not Now” a thank you screen will be displayed and your registration process is complete.
6. You will receive a welcome email from Towah Support (please see below) with your account number, how to contact support for questions and the list of KYC (know your customer) documents that are required to activate your account.

Here are answers to questions we received through MyNet support system today:
1. Why does Towah need KYC documentation?
Answer: A KYC (Know Your Customer) check of customers is required by any company dealing with international money transfers. This is to ensure the security of everyone involved, including yourself. It is also required by banking and financial institutions internationally.
2. How do I transfer money from my Towah account?
Answer: When you log into your account select online banking. Under Menu on the left hand side of the page, it will list the options.
3. What are the fees for using the Towah eWallet?
Answer: To view the pricing, there is an option at the bottom of the page titled “Pricing”. Click on pricing and the fees associated with the wallet will be displayed.
4. Are there additional fees if we order a Prepaid MasterCard?
Answer: Yes. At the top of the pricing page you will have a link titled “Fees and Charges for Standard MasterCard program. If you click on this link it will give you all the pricing.
5. Is there a monthly service charge for the Towah eWallet?
Answer: No
6. Do I have to use the Towah eWallet?
Answer: No. You can elect to receive a hard check mailed via or to have your commissions wired to your account.
If you elect to receive a hard check, it will be mailed via USPS and your country mail service to you at no additional cost. If you elect to have your commissions wired, you will be charged a wire fee and a administration fee.
7. Will I still be charged a check charge by MyNet?
Answer: Yes
8. What charges will apply to us on the pricing schedule?
Answer: The ones that you elect to utilize. Please refer to the pricing schedule and list of services on the website.
9. Who is Towah?
Answer: If you log into your eWallet, at the bottom of the page there is a link titled “About Towah”. Click the link and learn more about the company Towah, their innovation, creativity and their exceptional service.
