Online reservation system

To automate requests for my Dutch remote desktop customers I’ve been relying on the services of tungle.me It works, but it’s not very userfriendly for offering specific commercial services.

I was browsing the web yesterday at a friend, and saw she had a tab open in Chrome with iPhoneKing. A Dutch iPhone repair service site created in WordPress with the iBlogPro template. Very easy to the eyes, great navigation, and … they use a very ingenious appointment making system from SnapHour.NL

Created a free account and what I see so far really inspires me to create a better site with this reservation system for my Remote Desktop customers. However … it’s a rather buggy site, so sent the own an email and hope to get response soon!

Update 2 Nov 2011: haven’t had response from the snaphour.nl crew by e-mail. Tried to call them on both their Dutch, as well as their phonenumber in Thailand (looks like they are Digital Nomads as well), but got a lady on the phone that pretended she didn’t hear me. When I called a second time, I couldn’t get through.  Instead I decided to contact iPhoneKing (where I found the application of the software in the first place), and they recommend me to use SuperSAAS.NL … which is also available in English at SuperSAAS.com … and with 1000 transactions a month, damn cheap too for just 6 euro!

But … no iDeal support, and while SuperSAAS is great for international markets and booking therapeutic appointments, I think I found a better match in the Dutch OnLineAfspraken.NL as it includes booking appointments through an iPhone/iPad app!
